We are based in MeetDistrict Ghent, located in the Ghelamco Arena, or KAA Gent Stadium. The entrance of MeetDistrict is located next to the entrance of the Albert Heijn. Please stop at the reception to register yourself.
MeetDistrict is near the E17 ramp and the crossing between the E40 and E17 near Zwijnaarde. Just follow the signs for ‘UZ Gent’ to reach us. You can park at the underground parking called P3. See the map for the entrance.
Coming from close in? Plenty of safe bike tracks surround the Ghelamco Arena. Have a nice trip alongside the Scheldt or the Ringvaart and don’t you worry, there are plenty of bike racks to park!
Busses 8, 65, and 67 stop right at our doorstep. This allows us to be 10 minutes from the St Pieters station and 15 minutes from Gent Zuid. For more info visit De Lijn.
