Originally founded in 2011 as a student project for software architecture, FleetMaster started out with software for driver behaviour analysis. 12 years later, FleetMaster is part of Cox Automotive and helps track, analyse and improve fleet operations for some of the world's biggest companies in the automotive industry.
FleetMaster provides an all-in-one SaaS platform that can support every core process of your fleet business.
Whether you're active as a truck dealership, a car or bike leasing company, or even a golf cart rental company; FleetMaster's platform is built in a modular way to tweak to your own needs.

A need for on-site check-out and check-in
FleetMaster's customers have a dire need to perform smooth check-ins and check-outs on site without having to stay at their desks during the whole process.
To further enhance these flows, FleetMaster was looking for a digital innovation partner to bring the latest version of their platform to mobile phones and tablets.
Designing for FleetMaster's modular platform
FleetMaster's SaaS platform is used by different customers with different needs. They all use the same platform but get an entirely different flow based on factors like asset type, location or user role. Right from the start, our design team had to take this modularity into account and make sure the flow of the mobile application could handle this dynamic situation.

Register damages
Enabling a visual and fully digital way of registering damage cases to any asset.
Sign off digitally
No more paperwork needed. Validate everything with a digital signature.
A multi-disciplinary team
Both Endare and FleetMaster are big fans of a hybrid way of working together. Direct, daily contact between developers, analysts and testers happened through Slack while demoes of the application were periodically performed in-person.
