Meet Femma
Femma is a Belgian women's association active in Flanders and the Brussels Region. In their networks, they build a world in which everyone feels free and finds balance between work, care and taking time for themselves. At Femma, inclusion is at the heart of everything they do. They are determined to promote an inclusive society where everyone feels connected, regardless of background, gender or beliefs.
Functional analysis
One of the challenging aspects in this project was unifying three different Femma websites into one experience. We went through multiple iterations of functional and extensive user analyses in order to create a compelling online presence for Femma. Since Femma has inclusion at its heart and we always try to make our products accessible for everyone, we've given the website's accessibility extra attention.

Our journey
To make follow-up as transparent and efficient as possible, we've worked closely with Femma's product owners in the form of weekly follow-up calls and monthly steer groups. These short feedback loops ensured that product expectations were aligned and priorities could be shifted where needed along the way.
Right from the start, we felt Femma's trust in our approach. This way, we were able to build the website in optimal conditions and according to our own best practices. It allowed us to build the performant and flexible product we have today.
A living roadmap
Although the website is already polished, there are new features and additions on Femma's roadmap like an API integration of their member registration system.
Next to maintenance, scaling and security updates, we'll always make sure Femma's product stays relevant for their target audience.
