From a challenge...

RAFC wanted to develop a mobile strategy as they were not present on any online medium or mobile device. As there is an increasing amount of digital users, not being online is a huge mistake. They wanted to give their supporters the ability to consult game-related information and to perform game-related actions before, during, and after a game.

We developed the official RAFC mobile application and the RAFC single sign-on system (SSO) called ‘MyRAFC’. 

The mobile application aims to be the RAFC fan’s mobile assistant, providing him with news, interviews before and after the games, real-time information during games, the possibility to manage the balance of his cashless card, etc. 

We also developed the single sign-on system called “MyRAFC” that’s integrated with the RAFC webshop, website, mobile application, and business platform to allow the supporter to login with one account for all services.

The app provides unique features, keeping the supporters up-to-date about the attended game. The mobile app quickly reached a significant number of users and the online presence of RAFC makes their supporters even more loyal and satisfied. As a result, the reputation of RAFC has increased.
